He has been in the roofing industry for more than fifty years, giving him above average qualifications and experience. Mr. Kenneth W. Rodma n’s daughter, Karen Rodman, has taken the position of President and has been involved in all aspects of the business since 1981. She has a State of Florida and Dade County license for roofing, painting and waterproofing. Ms. Rodman was the first elected female President of the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida and served proudly in 2004. Our name in the roofing business has been recognized as a 10-time recipient of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association Self Insurers fund Safety Award. I had a repair of a leak. My daughter called the office.. they were there soon there after yo do the assessment. Then they complete the work. It was still on my warranty. I only paid for the washing of the roof.
